Don't Keep Your Worries To Yourself ONLY

I feel so down yesterday.

There's a saying that goes like this:

"Don't talk to people about your problem, because 20% don't care, and 80% are happy you have those problem". 

I want you to stop believing into quote like this. 

If you are anxious, if you are worried about something, you should talk to someone who can help you to see the world differently. Try not to restrain yourself to your own thoughts. Because we are bound to have blindspot, and if we are in an emotionally overwhelmed state, we are susceptible to make decision that we would not have made otherwise.

The news that a pilot who ended his life due to his job was a sad one. Imagine he has talked to the right person who can help him see that the value of himself as an individual is not directly tied to his job.

As a human being, our worth is not defined by our job, our pay, or our career achievement.

Imagine how things could have turned out differently if he has been listened to and receive some thought-provoking conversation that can help him see things differently. 

Talk about your problem to the right people who care about you. Maybe 20% of them may be in the same rough place, but 80% of them will want you to be courageous and help you to find a new voice in your thought.

If you are going through a very challenging, difficult time, remember this is not the end of the your world, for every peak, there is a valley; for every valley, there is a peak coming next. If you feel having a pair of ears can be helpful, please do not hesitate to use mine. 

Life is precious. Not a Rehearsal. Let us treasure it, protect it, live it to the best version that we'd like to be.
